An engineer by education, Dana began his recruiting career in 1998,
focusing on hardware and software engineer recruitment in the networking
and telecommunications industry. In 2001 he shifted his focus to the
pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
In 2005 Dana founded King's Mark Group, Inc. where he has focused his
practice on intellectual property and legal affairs.
Dana's prior experiences in manufacturing provide a keen insight to the needs of
industry and what is necessary to produce a quality product. In recruitment, this
